Coming winter, on the first dune of Thar Desert, an experiential celebration will be welcoming the travelers- with the best of music, culture and adventure. For three days, from 24 November to 26 November, Mahindra Open Sky will enchants the travelers with performances by contemporary Indian and international artists, coupled with activities ranging from off-roading to camel racing—all under the starlit sky in Osian, near Jodhpur.

What sets it apart is the exclusivity, as the experience is open for just 500 seekers, and the unique setting of Reggie’s Camel Camp, which is the gateway to the majestic desert. Wondering what’s lined up? Here’s the list of Mahindra Open Sky’s plans to get you excited:

Music

At the Mahindra Open Sky, the air echoes soulful tunes from artists such as Ayushmann Khurrana with Ayushmann Bhava, Parekh & Singh, Sam Lewis and Nikhil D’Souza. In addition, while Donn Bhat and Passenger Revelator bring their genre-defying, live electronic beats to the venue, Anand Bhaskar Collective woos you with their alternative rock beats and Papon Live transports you in another world with their folk symphonies. What’s more, expect sundowners at the pool overlooking the dunes, an after party in the fortified area and bonfire under the stars.

Adventure

For adrenaline junkies, the experience has plenty to offer. Here, you can learn the basics of off-road driving on advanced vehicles such as the Mahindra Thar CRDe 4X4 and the Mahindra Scorpio 4WD. Else, head for a two-hour guided tour of the charming countryside in a Mahindra SUV. What would perhaps bring back fond memories of camping is a bonfire with barbecue, accompanied with live music, and of course, your comfortable mobile camp.

Play

Start your day with a refreshing session of yoga, guided by wellness expert Deepika Mehta. There’s a host of other things lined up throughout the event, including a romantic dinner at the dunes, champagne sunsets, stargazing and film screening sessions, among others.
