Located at an altitude of 3500 meters, Leh is a smart pick that offers the indigenous Indo- Tibetan culture along with host of ancient monasteries. The hill top destination is a top destination for leisurescapers and adventurers. Motor biking in Leh-Ladakh region is one of the most striking activities undertaken by solo travelers, especially over the Khardung La at 5360 meters. Located in the Baspa Valley of Kinnaur District of Himachal Pradesh, Sangla at an altitude of 2500 to 3000 meters is one of the best off-beat villages where one can find tranquility preserved within forested slopes and high mountains. Love traveling solo? Then Sangla offers a peaceful break far away from the madding urban chaotic rush. As soon as you step into Pondicherry (also known as Puducherry), you will be surprised to see a French colonial settlement established right in India. One of the best pick for the solo travelers, Tawang is a least explored destination filled with snow-capped mountains, streams and lakes- offering untouched natural beauty.
